Conference fee
single room 1150 PLN + 23% VAT – when applying until April 15, 2019
single room PLN 1,400 + 23% VAT – for applications after April 15, 2019
double room 1000 PLN + 23% VAT – when applying until April 15, 2019
double room PLN 1,250 + 23% VAT – for applications after April 15, 2019
The fee includes accommodation, participation in the conference, conference materials, full board, participation in a social meeting
The conference fee should be transferred by 30 April 2019 to the account of IHAR-PIB Branch in Bonin SANTANDER BANK POLSKA SA III O / Koszalin 36 1500 1096 1210 9002 5721 0000 with the note “Conference”
Reporting of participation in the conference
Participants wishing to submit a paper or poster 1) by April 15, 2019
Sending abstracts of papers or posters by April 30, 20192 at the latest)
1) Poster dimensions: 116 cm height 96 cm width
2) The number of occurrences is limited. After this date, abstracts will no longer be accepted.
The organizer reserves the right to classify the paper as a poster or vice versa.
Summaries of speeches and posters will be published in the form of conference materials.
