Definitions
Country codes according to the ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The database also includes countries that no longer exist, e.g. SUN – Soviet Union, CSK – Czechoslovakia
- very early (vegetation up to 90 days)
- early (96 – 109 days)
- medium early (110-124 days)
- medium late (125 – 139 days)
- late (140 – 145 days) very much
- very late (over 146 days)
The shape resulting from the ratio of the length of the tuber to its width at the widest point (the factor is given in brackets):
- shortened (below 0.9),
- round (0.9 – 1.29),
- circular (1.30 – 1.49),
- oval (1.50 – 1.79),
- oval-oblong (1.80 – 1.99),
- oblong (over 2.0),
- kidney (unlimited)
- A – salad (the pulp after cooking is concise)
- B – versatile (slightly tied)
- C – mealy (loose) D – very mealy
- There are also intermediate types: A-B, B-C, C-D
Potato cancer – Synchytrium endobioticum, the table shows resistance at least to the D1 patotype, some varieties may also be resistant to other patotypes, e.g. Ch1, F1, G1, M1, O1, T1
Potato cyst nematode – Globodera rostochiensis, the table gives resistance to one or several patotypes denoting: Ro1, Ro2, Ro3, Ro4, Ro5. Some varieties may be additionally resistant to aggressive cyst nematode – Globodera pallida – pathotypes Pa1, Pa2 or Pa3. The table indicates this as YES +
