Conference fee
1000 PLN + 23% VAT – on registration until April 15, 2016
PLN 1,200 + 23% VAT – for applications after April 15, 2016
130 PLN + 23% VAT (extra charge for a single room for the entire stay) The fee includes accommodation, participation in the conference, conference materials, full board, participation in a social meeting, additional attractions

Applying for the conference
Participants wishing to submit a paper or poster 1) by March 31, 2016
Participants reporting participation without speeches and posters by April 15, 2016 2)
Sending abstracts of papers or posters by March 31, 2016 3)
1) Poster dimensions: 116 cm height 96 cm width
2) After this date, the fee increases to PLN 1,200 + VAT
3) The number of occurrences is limited. After this date, abstracts will no longer be accepted.
The organizer reserves the right to classify the paper as a poster or vice versa.
Summaries of speeches and posters will be reviewed.

Technical requirements
- maximum volume up to 2 A4 pages together with tables and drawings;
- 2.5 cm margins;
- text in the Word editor;
- DOC format;
- Times New Roman font size 12;
- single line spacing;
- paragraph indentation 0.5 cm;
- black and white drawings and charts;
- on the first page the author’s full name and academic degree, title and address of the place of work and e-mail address;

It is possible to publish extended texts in the Ziemniak Polski quarterly, in the popular science version – 4-8 typescript pages with illustrative material (5 points for publication according to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education) or in the IHAR-PIB Bulletin – up to 10 pages (6 points).
